Joining REX Roundtables over 15 years ago has proven to be one of the best business decisions I’ve made in my 25-year career. Rex has brought incredible value to my life and my business, and I’m forever grateful for the experience.
First and foremost, the learning opportunities have been unmatched. The knowledge I’ve gained from fellow members and from resources outside the fitness industry has been invaluable. The diversity of perspectives has opened my mind to new ways of thinking and helped me grow both professionally and personally. Rex has been a consistent source of fresh ideas, deep insights, and creative solutions that I wouldn’t have had access to anywhere else.
Partnership is another aspect of REX that has been transformative for me. Being a member feels like having 15 partners on your team, each bringing a unique perspective, experience, and point of view. Whether working through an issue or seizing an opportunity, the collective wisdom of the group is always there. The support and collaboration have been instrumental in helping me navigate both challenges and successes in my business.
Finally, REX has given me something even more meaningful: family. My fellow roundtable members have become more than just colleagues; they’ve become some of my closest friends. Together, we’ve celebrated weddings, birthdays, and, unfortunately, stood by each other during some of the toughest times, like funerals. The bonds we’ve created are lifelong, and I truly consider these individuals to be extended family.
