Having recently concluded the first annual REX Leadership Academy in NY, I am reminded once again what a unique opportunity REX Roundtables offers.
The Academy, by all accounts was a great success, and the graduates got a very real taste of the REX community. The “vibe”, “energy”, and “sense of connectivity” that attendees described is part of the secret sauce that makes Roundtables different.
Peer-to-Peer learning is at the core of the roundtable concept, and the collaborative nature of this format drives open communication and discovery.
The exchange of fresh ideas, creative brainstorming, and meaningful dialogue just can’t be replicated by listening to a speaker share insights from their own personal perspective.
Having a small group of your peers to bounce ideas off of, or to help search for possible solutions, is an uncommon blessing.
The relationships nurtured over time are simply awesome.
Over the years of sharing, not only professional, but also personal struggles and victories “create a tie that binds” between roundtable members.
Truly, the strength of REX is the members themselves and their willingness to be present, engaged, and uplifting.
