- The REX Member can add their challenge to the next roundtable agenda. All agendas are set by the roundtable members. REX Members get to talk about what they want to talk about.
- The REX Member can sit in the “REX Hot Seat” where they present their challenge to the roundtable and members discuss it in detail. The roundtable identifies and formulates options and solutions.
- The REX Roundtable Chair is always available and can help with resources and advice. They also can direct the member to someone who has already had that same challenge.
- Eddie Tock, REX CEO, is always available to REX Members. Eddie can send an email to the entire REX Family, over 300+ clubs and leaders in numerous roundtables, with yourbusiness challenge. For example, one REX Member had a competitor moving into the neighborhood and wanted advice on how to navigate the situation. REX Members have the support of their roundtable as well as all REX Members.
