Fausto Di Giulio has spent more than three decades at the intersection of fitness, leadership and human performance — and since 2010, he has brought that experience to CEOs and club owners across Europe, Asia and the Middle East as CEO of REX Roundtables EMEA.
He has facilitated over 200 peer advisory gatherings in 25+ countries. One of his groups is composed exclusively of owners of major gym chains from more than 25 nations, including publicly traded companies.
His connection to the fitness industry runs deep. With degrees in Physical Education and Physiotherapy — and years of elite sports coaching in martial arts and gymnastics — he understands the core product of this industry from the inside. In 1990, he founded one of Italy’s most innovative fitness, physiotherapy and wellness centers, still operating today. He has presented at the industry’s most prominent global stages: HFA, FIBO, FORUM CLUB, MIOFF, IDEA and AsiaFit. He is also the creator of FITBOXE, SlowFIT Medical Fitness and Easy Line, fitness programs adopted internationally.
Alongside his fitness industry work, Fausto also facilitates a REX Multisector group — bringing together 18 founders, CEOs and C-level executives from entirely different industries. That experience gives him a rare perspective on how great leaders across sectors maintain lucidity when facing decisions about innovation, strategy and leadership evolution.
Shaped by Eastern performance philosophy and a lifelong practice of martial arts, he brings a disciplined, human-centered approach to facilitation — one that pushes club owners and executives to think beyond their market and make better decisions together.
He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
