Why does a Roundtable work?
Roundtables work because members get a diverse perspective on all issues. Members give each other feedback and insights on strategy, challenges and everyone leverages the knowledge of the group. Plus, roundtables give accountability. Members share aggressive business and life goal creating a pressure to actually achieve them. Members become each other’s confidants and cheerleaders helping each other with resources, ideas and connections to make goals easier and more attainable.

What is a REX Roundtable – in your words?
Being a business owner is incredibly lonely and many times we make decisions in a vacuum. REX is the only place you can feel safe (owing to the confidentiality and trust) to ask for advice on a problem you just cannot solve or float an idea with people just like you or even brag that you’ve nailed a strategy. REX is simply a place you can be you with no judgement & lots of love.
Why does a Roundtable work?
Trust & confidentiality. After being a REX member, I knew that my REXers have my back, want the best for my me & will ask me questions I couldn’t/wouldn’t ask myself. Now as a REX Chair I witness this every meeting, email and group text. Trust makes REX.
